This review is solely for Jekiya and does not pertain to the two other individuals I interacted with this morning. These individuals were unfriendly and made us feel like an inconvenience. In contrast, Jekiya was exceptional. She was exceptionally pleasant, kind, and efficient in assisting us with our appointments. We will only seek her services for passport-related matters in the future. Jekiya - Thank you for your exceptional service this afternoon. While my experience with the Oxford USPS and mail delivery has been less than satisfactory, your professionalism and friendly approach made a difference. Keep being YOU!
