  all centers are not equal. i bypass the one in my hometown of batesville, ms and drive 25 miles to oxford, ms because of the exquisite service offered at the oxford center. there seems to be no "boss" but a cadre of the most helpful and knd employees imaginable. helpful and talented in all manner of tech matters. but what makes the difference between the oxford and batesville centers which makes the 25 mile drive worth it is the VIBE of the oxford center - inviting and never off putting/like its a bit of trouble to do their job as i feel at the batesville center.

  If there was anywhere else to go in town I would. Sent a package a week ago, receiver said it had not arrived. UPS store agent told me the address I had was wrong and said I had to update it to send. Given that it was on a University campus and that can make addresses odd, I had to think that the person whose job it is to send packages knew what was correct. It was not correct. When I called the store to have the package rerouted they said they could not do that, were not at all apologetic, would not return shipping cost, and said if confirmed what they told me was the correct address, then it was my fault. I made a call to the main UPS store and they quickly rerouted the package with no charge. However, it may not get to an Art Gallery in time to include me in a show. May miss a wonderful opportunity to show my work because of their worker's and manager's incompetence.

  This is a great group of people that are very friendly, helpful, and professional! We always joke about me coming in only to do returns!

  I have resived pakagis from UPS for over 30 years and the people are nice and some have became inporten to me. I never had a box or what's in it too bed broken like Fedex 😢. So thank for being UPS.
