    First of all, UPS delivery drivers are out here delivering in frozen hellscape conditions, no doors, SHORTS, and still helped us push our truck out of the icy slush. The UPS Store staff in OB are always kind and helpful.

    I recently went to the store to pick up a box that was shipped there by a major furrier in Memphis with all the fee Prepaid! I encountered a young man by the name of Shane, who was very rude and refused to give me my box and told me he would send the box back to the Ferrier and walked away. I asked for the manager he had a smart remark then he called a woman by the name of Carol and referred to me as this woman needs to speak with you and I’m gonna put you on speakerphone with a store full of other customer. And since I had to pay five dollars to get a box that was already paid for. When I asked for the store manager, they acted like they didn’t know who I was talking about when I asked to see a copy of the business license they told me they didn’t know if they had a business license. I use UPS a lot for my shipping needs. However, this by far has been the worst experience that I’ve had with UPS and I will be contacting the corporate office about a formal complaint and I promise I’ll start shipping FedEx because you get what you paid for.

    On a positive note, when I go to the store, everybody is so friendly and goes out of their way to make a good experience. On a sour note. The last two times I've gone into the store. I've had the same young men. He's very negative, does not have a good attitude, and he makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. I hope you he is re-trained or either removed from the front desk. Today he pointed the scanner at me to come up. I explained that I did not have a bag so i brought it in the box I received it in. He pointed to my return label showing I did not need a box and told me to take the box with me. He is disgruntled and rude. He did not acknowledge me nor thank me. I told him Merry Christmas and he said nothing. Please replace him with somebody who's kind and wants to work. He doesn't need to treat people like they're ignorant. He needs to be respectful. I've been in customer service for over thirty years and I will not let him wait on me again. Also I had a co-worker who said the same thing about him.

    I have shipped the majority of my packages from this UPS Store. I have had a good customer experience for the majority of my visits, but today was a little different. The young man who was checking me out was bot the least bit friendly and his facial expression communicated that he would rather be somewhere else than helping people who entered the store. He was cocky, said things about other custoners not always being intelligent when it came to using POS machine. If there is some training he missed on being cordial to customers maybe he needs to take that class over! If he is there the next time, I may choose to go somewhere else!

    Went to return an AT&T device and the man behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending. I definitely passed a personal test in self-control that morning. Will never return to this location and would give zero stars if possible.
