So now I have to go find where they took my packages NeXT week. Why did I pay for delivery if they aren’t delivering it?? Why do I have to be on the phone for HOURS trying to find out why they didn’t knock and why do I have to go look for my very expensive package because they didn’t wanna get out their mail truck? This is ridiculous. I’ve been on hold with them for over an hour, I’ve had to call 5 different times because I can’t understand what they are saying. Why can’t I get in trouble with someone local? I promise I will NEVER EVER buy anything that ships thru usps. I will gladly stick to fedex. This is stupid. I paid a lot of money for delivery for nothing. Lazy lazy lazy employees.

She took the time to share a picture with the other carriers. It really gave me hope. I found my baby. Thank you so much for everything y’all do! It takes a village!
