  The store has no customer service, very rude, even saw them kick people out for asking for a receipt. Will not be using this store in the future, and they claim their return system has been down for a week or something like that.

  store has refused to accept amazon returns for over a week straight now. lazy staff and horrid customer service

  So I went in today for a ups package and Amazon items returns. It was packed and he girl didn’t like that I had lots of returns so she asked me to take a screenshot of all the items which I told her it’s not my job to do that and she went well It’s not mine either!! It’s her job to scan my Amazon returns and not mine!! Meanwhile she did scan a few as well as a ups item and she gave me a receipt with only 2 items on it and the expensive ups item wasn’t on the receipt so I came back and tried to tell that the ups item isn’t on my receipt and next to everyone she told me to get out of her store!!?? I’ve contacted the owner and I hope that that horrible employee will pay for what she did to me as I haven’t done anything wrong aside of trying to return my items!!!

  The long line and only one clerk at the register and five in the back yappin away and appeared not to be concerned as they poked their heads out to see. The one at the register felt it was her job to walk some senior citizen thru the return process on Amazon and discuss how her curtains didn't match the product she's was returning. The lady had no clue how to use her phone as customers started leaving and expressing frustration. Any one of those employees in the back could have come out and assisted the old lady but there was no sense of urgency. This is a poorly managed business and a bad example of how UPS runs and selects their franchisees. Just let immature so called adults run your business to the ground.
