I will now pay slightly more to have my business packages shipped with another carrier. Customer Service is THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT part of a business for me. If your customer service sucks, you will not get my business at any price

So, after some causal back and forth the driver hurried off to go check mailboxes on my road to see if he might have made a mistake, when I checked my mail box later on I had a Ariel view of google maps and my home location circled and a note explaining that my package was scanned here at my driveway and that they did not make a mistake. Ok, so I’m assuming some creep stole my package now, contact the seller and no problems they send another. Get it in just fine, no issues. The issue I have is I leave for a hitch and come back home to find the ones I first ordered in the mailbox, the ones they said that was scanned at my mail box and had a picture of my house circled, you know, I’m like I’m an complete idiot. It really didn’t settle well with me that I was lied to, all you have to do is admit mistakes happen, don’t insult me with a bogus piece of paper saying you scanned it and delivered it at my home.
