Was supposed to sign for them . Was left at back door. Called company they said it was signed on line which was a lie. This is a major crime! They need to be investigated

Every single package I’ve had for the past 2-3 months has been delayed for virtually no reason at all; no explanation given by company. We had a Walmart package that got delayed almost a month and by the time it got here the exterior packaging of our product was completely destroyed. I’m so infuriated that so many companies use fedex to deliver because of this FedEx location. I depend on online shopping for a lot of different products and every time I see fedex in my tracking information now I already know it’s gonna be a headache. I am currently waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive yesterday, it’s literally food for my pet. I’ve never had issues with chewy delivery until now… because of this FedEx location. This place needs to be closed, revamped, or under new management. Whatever they have going on over there is not working & multiple people that I know personally say the same exact thing about this exact location! 0/5 stars if I could.
