Every day i get a notification saying my packages are out for delivery and then by 8pm i get an email saying my delivery has been updated and each day my packages are returned to the facility and it says “package not delivered/not attempted”. I called and filed a complaint and was promised my packages delivered the next day, and the same thing happened, the packages were returned to facility and not delivered. I still have yet to receive any of the packages.

They are the absolute worse shipping company I have ever dealt with . I would bet a horse and buggy could deliver better and quicker than them . I have had multiple problems with fed ex over the years and as of right now I have 8 packages from 8 different shippers that have been “riding on the truck for delivery “ for a week!!! Are you kidding me .
