I travel a lot and unable to frequent my box to clear it out, thankfully they provide service with a smile, whenever I collect all of my mail. There’s nothing like a personal touch. Thanks for giving me that warm, returning home feel.😊
- KBKerry BrownDec 10, 20251.0The personnel at this location are no longer helpful and professional as those employees have retired and are long gone. Be prepared to be insulted and mistreated as these employees obviously have bad attitudes and extremely poor customer service training, if any training at all Ring the counter bell by tapping it lightly, or be prepared for an employee to enter the service area blessing you out to the high heavens! You will be rudely informed that they can hear that bell from anywhere in the building so don't hit the thing with your hand more than once! My suggestion is this, if the darn thing makes you go postal, pun intended, accidentally knock it off the counter into that garbage can and save yourself and your customer a scene out of The Exorcist. Taking my mail, packages, purchases to the many other locations in Meridian as the employees at these locations are helpful and professional. One last note, I wouldn't have had to ring the darn thing in the first place if the waiting for a human behind the counter didn't always last as long as the movie The Postman Always Rings Twice.
