  Can someone please answer the dang phone. I've been calling for a week. I no longer live in McComb and I have a package sent to your store by accident and I need it sent back to the magnolia UPS sorting center so they can redirect it to me. I work 7 days a week and there is no possible way I can get it. I'm giving y'all 5 stars because I've always had good service and hope you'll drop this package in the return box for the driver to pick up. The name is Timothy on the package and same last name as this review. I do truly appreciate it. Thank y'all.

  9:35 on a Saturday morning. Where y’all at? The sign in the door says y’all are supposed to be open. I drove 25 miles to return a $10 Amazon package.

  My husband came to your store few days ago to help me send a package but there was a mistake with the recipient name. We've been trying to resolve this and also try to call your customer support line since he's out of town but no one is picking... please I'll appreciate if you can do something about this cause the package is really important to my health thank you, please reach out and do the needful

  Closed today when they should be open had a package that had to be returned today and it’s my only day off! Do your job or at least post on the door that your not going to be open!!!
