Besides having hours only suitable for retirees, the mail deliverers leave my mailbox open after they deliver it, which is especially fun in the rain. They also try to shove tons of stuff into the box, which makes every envelope rip when you take it out. We once had a package that we were waiting on that, while we were sitting outside waiting for it, we checked and found that it had gone from "Not delivered yet" to "Customer was not there." We also have other people's mail routinely delivered to our mailbox. We also cannot get them to put things on the doorstep, despite telling them NUMEROUS TIMES TO JUST LEAVE IT ON THE DOORSTEP.
