    I am compelled to express a significant concern regarding the handling of package deliveries, specifically the repeated practice of leaving parcels unsecured outside over weekends. This approach raises serious questions about operational judgment, risk mitigation, and basic standards of service integrity. From both a customer experience and logistical standpoint, it is difficult to understand why a secure drop box system—or any form of protected delivery infrastructure—has not been implemented. Leaving packages exposed for extended periods not only increases the likelihood of theft, damage, and loss, but also reflects a lack of alignment with widely accepted best practices in modern delivery operations. At a minimum, there should be safeguards in place to ensure that parcels are either held, rerouted, or placed in a secure, designated receptacle when recipients are unavailable—particularly during non-business days. The absence of such systems undermines trust and places an unnecessary burden of risk on the customer. I strongly encourage a reassessment of current delivery protocols, with an emphasis on security, accountability, and customer-centric solutions.

    I had a great experience. Walked in with package and they scanned it and helped me tighten up the package and out the door I went . I also have a tracking number and I followed it to its destination. Thank you UPS .
