LONG lines and i mean going out the door some days. I literally dread having to drop anything off at this location because of the line. Why not put a few self drop boxes and scanner in place of the empty displays like FedEx has? I am in and out of there in like 10secs. I choose any other shipper than UPS because of how inconvenient it is to ship here...

I got the item and took it back to the store. The young men were incredibly helpful!! They went and found my box among all the other boxes in the store and opened the box so I could add my forgotten item. The worked as a team to solve their customer’s problem!!
