- DGDoku GinOct 25, 20251.0Made an online order, they say it will be ready Monday. They call me and say that the service on the site was wrong and that the soonest they can deliver it is Wednesday because I asked for specific material (gator board). Fine, Wednesday comes and goes. Thursday they call and say that the order is damaged and is being express remaid to be ready Friday. Friday comes and goes. Saturday I finally get a call that it is ready. Pick up the order, get home and realize that the supposedly fixed order isn't even printed on the material(gator board) I requested and paid extra to receive. This place is just problems all the way down avoid at all costs.
- BMBria MaziqueSep 22, 20251.0Delivered a package to the wrong address. I filed a claim and submitted proof that wherever my expensive package was left, it was NOT my porch. In the delivery photo they’d provided, it showed a bright green door (which I provided evidence of). My house has a doormat, white door and large chair on my porch (which I provided evidence of). I was gaslit into being told my claim couldn’t be founded because they delivered to the correct address. I never got my package and not only was my time wasted, but also my money. HORRIBLE customer service and support team. I’d rate -0 stars if it were an option!!! If you can control it, ship using usps, UPS, DHL or quite literally any other shipping carrier. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed at the lack of competence for this entire organization.

- HMHenry MillerAug 1, 20251.0Every time I come here, the women who work here have an attitude, very standoffish. Even when I do the printing and scanning myself, or simply hand them a box, which requires minimal effort on their part, they act as if I’m inconveniencing them. Please do better.
