- NNnatalie nievesJan 22, 20261.0They can’t answer the phone, all these people must be lazy really cause it doesn’t take much to answer a phone. I’m pretty sure my package was stolen by one of their drivers. I would be careful with ordering expensive packages.

I recently moved to lucedale and had nothing but issues with my mailbox and now my mail is lost and a check I was suppose to get to pay my bills is lost and I’m late on it. This is ridiculous and they definitely need to have a secret shopper come in to see how they treat and respond to issues.

No freaking duh it's a package with a baby walker in it. It's not small why would you even think it would? Why didn't you even try to give it to me before driving off???
