If you order something through the mail you've got about a 50-50 chance of getting it. I know mistakes happen but they don't happen this often unless you're just completely incompetent.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Got the run around to check multiple places for my package. Called and this USPS location verbally confirmed we could pick it up. Met with a nasty grin telling us we should mail packages where we live. Excuse me? We are traveling..

Frequent damaged packages, lost and not delivered mail and packages and some mail left in neighbors mailbox almost weekly. This whole area needs a revamping of the mail service.

Complete joke of a facility. I had to shut my ebay store down when 27 of 114 packages went missing. Now my incoming mail is coming up missing as well. Had two large packages of christmas gifts supposed to be held at the facility while I was at the VA hospital. Got home, tracking says my packages were delivered but magically only 2 of the 5 were actually there. We started driving to hattiesburg to mail things, a half hour away and now we cant trust even the incoming packages to get here. If you value anything that you send or recieve use FedEx or UPS. We moved here from the west coast to get away from the crime and the punks that destroy everyday life and we ran into an even worse version hidden in a small town. And surprise, no one at the post office gives a damn.

Regarding my mail. The carrier left it in the rain, on the ground, next to road, beside mailbox...very far from my house garage like my instructions provided. Very dissatisfied. Not only hard on this disabled person (long driveway) but easily stolen or damaged.
