First & last visit to this location. One lady was working. She told me she had been working for 2 weeks & didn’t really know what she was doing. She was on the phone when I walked in, she remained on the phone the entire time (I’m assuming with her supervisor or person training her). She couldn’t get the shipping price correct for my package & while giving her grace, she puts her supervisor on speaker & he (Warren Baker he said his name was) snapped on me when I told him that wasn’t the way I wanted it shipped.
When I left, I forgot my wallet on the counter. I realized about a mile up the highway & turned around to retrieve it. I walked in & asked the lady working again if she had seen my wallet I left? She proceeds to tell me that another lady in there had taken it in a red car. They had no license plate, they had no cameras in the facility for the police to view tapes when I filed my report. When I called usps to tell them what happened & to see if they could help me... USPS told me there was nothing they could do. It’s a lost cause. Only police can request to view tapes & there weren’t any there.
To make a long story short, I was treated poorly when it comes to customer service by the location, the supervisors, & the company. I had my 3 children with me & they got upset. This postal service shows zero compassion nor empathy when it comes to their consumers. I will make it a point to use other mail services if possible when able. Unless you want to be treated this way, & potentially stolen from, I would suggest not using this location or carrier service either.
My advice to the location: get cameras & have an employee that knows what they are doing there at all times with trainees... oh & grow a heart somehow.
