I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff at this post office. They’re alway friendly, professional and very helpful. The delivery driver for my area however is ridiculous. I’ve watched the driver pass my mailbox because a car was parked close enough to my mailbox that he would have to Get Out of the truck to deliver my mail. I have countless missed delivered packages not to mention the ones that get ruined because he refuses to close my mailbox after delivery. I can go on but it’s pointless. Just wanted to get this out there.

I wold have rated this location even worse if that had been a choice. We don't get our mail, we get other people's mail, and they NEVER answer the phone without letting it ring 800 times. After our mail box was stolen, we requested to have a door box. According to the workers at this location, we cannot have one, but others on our street do. We called about having a USPS money order cashed there and they said they could no cash it since it had been purchased within the last two weeks. We had to drive to the branch in Clinton to have it cashed and they said there was not such regulations for USPS. They cased it right away. And I don't even want to get about the fiasco we had when we paid for a PO box and were supposed to have mail forwarded to it. We either never got the mail/packages or they were MONTHS late. I HATE HATE HATE dealing with this USPS location!!!!
