I had a prepaid shipping label but no box and I asked about one of the boxes available for purchase, and which one is the best size for my item. She waved her hand and smiled. "I don't want you to pay for anything" and found a used box in the back for me. She packaged my item, affixed my prepaid label, got me my tracking number, and off I went. That is customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- ARAmanda RayApr 8, 20241.0The facility is very clean and they definitely sell somewhat of what you need. It’s bare minimum off I’m being honest. The staff on entering didn’t say hello. The line was very long and one staff member cleaned her desk and left the other young lady to serve the 7 people in line alone. I thought that was strange but I stood in line and was quiet. The staff member who was left alone was very loud and let everyone know she didn’t have any money orders so get out. Then she told a gentleman and his son that he needed to get back out line to purchase a very small piece of tape to mail it. I thought it was completely unnecessary
