Terrible! 11/18/2025 @ 2pm… I have read many bad reviews concerning this location, unfortunately they were all after my experience. I’m from out-of-town (Biloxi, MS) and was visiting a family member in the nearby hospital. I needed to drop off a pre-paid package, and a google search showed that this was the nearest post office. My complaint is that no employee came to the counter to help after I entered and stood waiting. I even called out and still no employee came forward. No indication of where any employee was, but the door was unlocked and the lights on, so obviously, they were open for business. I was not going to leave my package on a counter unattended, so I ended up dropping it in the drop box… which I now regret because now (@8:15pm) it still hasn’t been scanned in. I’ve always had a lot of respect for our postal employees, so it was extremely disappointing to see that this location has no respect in kind for their customers. Also, I went to the USPS site to do a formal complaint, whether or not it is useful, it is better than a google review that no government agency is going to bother looking at. I suggest if you have or have had issues with this location to do the same. Update 11/19/2025 (next day) I received two calls from USPS (one from the local office) to handle this issue. Many apologies were given, and since my package has still not been scanned in. Both representatives are looking into the issue. Again, if you’re having problems, put in a formal complaint.

Usually I have a fine experience at this location, but today Marilyn was so rude to me. Even the lady behind me stopped me on the way out and said “she was rude, huh?” I was like good, so it wasn’t just me. Beware of an unnecessary attitude if you have to use this post office.

Phyllis is very rude and demands you to do this and do that with your package or packages I had to use the place a couple times because I was too far from my local post office but I avoid this place at all cost because of my experience with her I understand she feels as if she wants everyone to follow a certain protocol but does not always work that way

Phyliss too much chatting not enough working. When she is not there I can get in and out no problem.
