  The lady with the drawn on eyebrows is very rude and has a terrible attitude. The store was locked when I arrived at 10:40am. The worst fedex experience ever.

  I had a poster size picture printed for my grandfather’s funeral. I specifically had it printed at the local office in Ridgeland, MS. I received a call from the Jackson office saying it has been shipped to the Jackson facility and that’s where I should pick it up. The lady also told me if I picked It up on Friday then i would be able to get it from the Ridgeland office. Sweet! I live out of state so I sent my sister the pickup the print. The Ridgeland office was closed and the Jackson office stated they didn’t have it. We decided to wait until Monday 6/15 bc we assume the Ridgeland office would be open. They stated they don’t have the print!! My sister only has 1 hour on her lunch break to pickup the print bc FedEx will be closed when she gets off work. I’ve called both office over 10xs and NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE! Very unprofessional locations! All I want to know is where is my print located? I would like a refund!

  There was a misprint error of my address on a package from the company and it was held up at this office, where apparently it could only be handled by one worker who was only in a few hours in the morning on random days, and never returned my calls despite leaving multiple messages with various other workers over multiple days. It took a whole frustrating week to get it sorted out.
