Well I come in at 10 am (late morning) and it hasn't left the spot where I saw them place it the day before. So after telling me it would be an hour and I needed to come back.... I come back and it's ALL wrong. So with that being said I waited for them to fix it. He stated, "Oh the girl helping me must of put it in wrong. Mine is right." Well no they were all wrong and I gave them an EXACT example of what I wanted. Literally I gave them a previous Bound notebook as an example that I got made somewhere else. So needless to say AVOID coming to this place if possible. The staff in Madison, MS is much more efficient and I will not be returning back to this location.
