- LJLinda JonesSep 25, 20242.0I have now been twice since the 19 of September. I have the notification that they tried to deliver my package but I could pick it up there. They have no idea where it could be. I gave them the tracking number n my phone. I had to call them and lady says I never found it let me talk to the postmaster. Still no call back. It's the 24th and when I went by today she couldn't remember what the postmaster said and she needed the tracking number AGAIN And my phone number and name again.... Goes to show you they did nothing about finding my package.. their was no reason it could t have been left in the box or at the house like all my other pkgs. And the carrier says well I left a package and when I called lady says your getting 2 pkgs today. News flash I get lots of packages but this lady reimbursed me when actually it's the postal services!!!!

Was needing help getting my boyfriends mail when he was told previously they couldn’t “deliver the mail” for reasons that they change every other day. Whether the mail box be “too far off the road” or “bungee cords to a trash can” which neither is true. I am not from this area, but have never experienced such insincere and hostile employees that interact with people daily.
