- SLSheila LoveFeb 6, 20261.0I have several packages that haven't been delivered. They arrived at this post office days ago. Everyday it says the packages are out for delivery but they are NEVER delivered
- TTThatlawnguy901Feb 6, 20261.0I have lived in 6 states Horn Lake is the absolute worst post office I have ever done business with. They are lazy and do not want to do their job. They mark packages delivered when they are not or they never even attempted to deliver at all. Only 1 route driver walks my packages to my door (when I don’t walk out to her first) she is the best! You can tell she enjoys what she does. The others do not care. It’s pure laziness. Neighbors has also noticed this behavior and are fed up at this point. If you can’t walk a 10ft driveway then you do not need to be working for the post office period! Post Master/Managers do not care about the worker’s performance they just make up the same sad excuses the workers do. This has nothing to do with a weather delay either. We are beyond that. Packages are moving again. They have literally rubber banded a package to my mailbox before. Would not fit so instead of putting it at the door like they’re supposed todo it was taped and rubber banded to my mailbox. That’s sad. So sorry if you have 5+ packages for my home but it is your job to deliver them. You delivered packages on February 3rd/4th and 5th. But on the 6th it’s “the location is non deliverable” doesn’t add up. Make it make sense.
