  have had to deal with this incompetent place on multiple occasions. First for just willy-nilly reporting items delivered in their system that were not in fact delivered yet (leaving me searching and asking neighbors and trying to arbitrate my purchase) until they simply delivered it the next day like it was no big deal. Now they've managed to package and ship an item to us only to lose most all of it and deliver us an opened package. If you're going to use this place get insurance or just use another carrier

  What do I have to do to get my package?!? I was left an orange notice that my package required a signature. I signed the orange slip, put the requested re-delivery date, and left the slip for my postal carrier. The next day, no package. the next day I got a promise to deliver the package on the 19th. The 19th came and went with no package. It’s now the 22nd and I’m still waiting on my package. I have also witnessed my mail carrier lower my flag and throw new mail on top of the old mail that was waiting for pick up in my mailbox. Chronic failure to pick up my mail left out has resulted in me having to drop my mail off at work in Memphis. Complaints are met with only worse service. This post office has earned its 1-star rating.

  I have lived in many different cities whIle serving 20+ years in the military, but this post office is the worst I've ever seen. I have called them 4 times with complaints concerning my mail carrier for mail being placed in wrong box, and leaving a note in the box that they could not deliver a package because no one was home, when I was 20 feet away cutting grass when she placed it in the mailbox. I have had numerous birthday cards not received and today called about one that was mailed from Georgia almost two weeks ago and had money in it and ha's not been received. Brian, the postmaster, wanted to get an attitude by say "well, I can't go out and handcuff them myself!" The individual is still delivering mail, and the incompetent postmaster has done nothing. Or, since it's a government ran organization, he may not have the authority to do anything. Either way, the post office is pitiful! Front counter folks are outstanding!
