Today i went in and i had extremely great service from a young lady named Azzaryah i believe she was very sweet.

I have attempted 4 times and was told only the manager can do, yet the manager is never in. I called the evening prior and was informed that if I stopped by in the morning, any associate can provide the service. Yet, once I arrived no one is trained and I have to return at 10:30 or 11 for the manager. Please train your staff, take your customer time under consideration and stop being a liar. I will update if I am provided the service. UPDATE: The issue was resolved immediately and professionally by the manager. I have revised my rating. Thank you for caring.
