There is a black lady with the glasses behind the counter. She’s one of the most rudest person I’ve ever met. She’s rude without even being given a reason. Horrible horrible person. I feel bad for her family.

I’d be so embarrassed and frustrated working at a place like this that can’t seem to figure out how to function….the line is 15 or so people deep and the package drop off is filled so you can’t even drop off a package ready to go. Lol it’s not very complicated! It’s the same process every day how can management be so incompetent?

I mailed 3 different cards on three different occasions with money in them to send to family members. Two cards were sent to my niece for her birthday. The third card was to a different niece due to the death of her husband. The cards were sent to two different states. The first card was sent in August. I have contacted several people and no one is concerned or willing to help me with this theft by postal employees. The mail was taken inside the post office. I don’t believe I am the only person this is happening to. This should be a federal crime. Be very careful sending cards in the mail. This was at the 40th Avenue post office in Hattiesburg, MS.
