  I am so sick to my stomach that whoever just took my Elderly Dad’s $130 plus dollars for shipping a $5 Spider Man painting to his Grandson in Las Vegas!!! I know this is a business but who would have the heart to rip off an old man for trying to send his grandson just a spider man painting. It would have been helping to at least give him his options like the POST OFFICE!!! Who would do this to old people!! I hope he NEVER ever sends anything through this fed ex and whoever was the person that did this to my Dad, may this never happen to you are your elderly parents!!! That picture came from $5 and below and My Dad thought of Fed Ex to help surprise his grandson for his 10th birthday. How is this legal for companies or people to do old people like this and my Dad did not understand because he never sends anything and now he was ripped off by this Fed Ex and whatever heartless staff member to take his money, he is retired and on a fixed income! He said he froze when the price was given and just wanted to get this for his grandson with Autism who is crazy about Spider Man, I am in tears! I LOVE MY DAD!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭 You sometimes just know there are kind decent people that will help older people who don’t understand, it makes you want to work with that company but not if they are acting like this and taking advantage of older people who don’t know what to do or understand.

  This is the fifth time one of your employees has taken everything out of the boxes I packaged and taped them in, rummaged through everything I'm shipping out, then rudely demanded I take her trash with me. Same woman, same nasty attitude every time. She didn't even tape the last box back together after she undid my own packaging. I'm certain it will not make it to its destination without opening and dumping everything out. Since when are your employees allowed to take apart packages being mailed out and then make the customer take out the trash your employees created, too? Next time, they'll be cleaning up their own mess.

  The employees at this store are extremely professional and friendly. To date I’ve had several Amazon returns, two registered letters, and this morning a notary.

  Went to turn in an xfinity modem. The employee told me to save the receipt for a year. The receipt was all faded in the middle, like the printer was dirty or something bc middle of the page was barely legible. When I asked about it, the response was, "we been having problems with the printers". When I asked if it could be sent to another printer, the lady that initially printed it, just called on another employee. That employee told me that the other printer is doing the same thing and if I needed to keep the info on the receipt that I should take a picture of it bc the other printers in the store print the same way. It was printed on copy paper. Every other location I've ever been to prints a receipt on the same paper as the label and it's never been poorly printed. Evidentially the printers need to be repaired or maintained. They really just acted like they didn't care at all. Their customer service is pitiful...
