  GOOD MORNING. MY 70 YEAR OLD MOTHER IN LAW CAME IN THE STORE THERE TO EMAIL ME INFORMATION. THE PROBLEM I HAVE IF IT WAS SOME ONE YOUNGER ARE MY SELF THEM YES CHARGR TWICE FOR A MISTAKE ON THE CUSTOMER BEHALF CAUSE THATS YOUR BUISNESS AND NOTHING PERSONAL. BUT I HAD TO CONVINCE HER TO GO IN AND TRY IT AND I ASSURED SOMEONE THERE WOULD HELP WITH WHAT SHE NEEDED AND YES SHE MADE A MISTAKE GIVING THEM THE INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS. BY THAT BEING THERE JOB DAILY THEY SHOULD HAVE KNOWN IT WAS SOME NUMBERS ARE SYMBOL ARE SOMETHING LEFT OFF, EVERYBODY EMAIL HAS A CHARACTER SYMBOL AFTER THE LETTERS.SO YEAH UM FAULTING THEM ALSO.TH SECOND TIME SHE WENT AND TOLD THEM I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT YOU LET HER SEND IT AGAIN INSTEAD OF ASKING HER, MAME ARE YOU SURE ITS THE CORRECT EMAIL ITS MISSING SOMETHING BUT YOU CHARGE HER AGAIN AND SHES ON A FIXED INCOME.YALL CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.AND I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER KIMBERLY ATKINS YES OUR KIND AND YOU WONDER WHY WE DONT SUPPORT OUR KIND BUISNESS YOUR HEART NOT IN IT ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY ..COULD OF BEEN YOUR MAMA ARE GRANDPARENTS YOU THREW TECNOLOGY ON AND KNOW SHE WILL NEVER JUST TRY AGAIN....U BETTER HOPE UR LAST NAME DONT COME TO MY JOB.AND NEED HELP.KIMBERLY ATKINS AND YES TAGING TO UR SOCIAL METER PAGE TOOK THIS OLD LADY MONEY

  I called the UPS store to find out if they could print my shipping label. I told them that I got an email from UPS. I forwarded my email to their email at the store. While I was on the phone with them, they made sure that my email got to them. They told me they would have my label ready when I got to the store. When I get to the store, they go to the email that I sent them to print the label, then they come back and tell me that the UPS delivery has to come to my house instead of me coming to the store. I live 35 miles away which means I wasted 70 miles worth the driving and an hour and 1/2 of my life for something they simply could have told me over the phone.
