  I arrived with a heavy package and was patiently waiting in a line that had three people ahead of me. A gentleman came from the back and asked me if I had a label and I showed him what I had printed out. He guided me and help me drop off this package without waiting in line. What's more amazing is I wasn't even the only person he helped like that.

  FedEx left my package on the side of the road, couldn’t even be bothered to deliver to my house. Luckily I thought it was trash and stopped to pick it up.

  Because the FedEx office on Mayfair rd. blamed this location for my package not being delivered because of excuse after excuse. Delay after delay. I will give no stars if I could. Either the drivers are lazy and don't do their delivery routes, or my package was stolen by the driver "which called me the first day and lied to me" because I'm tired of the 8:30am tried to deliver no one was their excuse on my tracking. You can't talk to anyone on the phone because all you get is a robot that has a vocabulary the size of a toddler! And from what I've been told the manager here is disrespectful anyway. I've called my pharmacy and told them I will NOT be using them anymore as long as they work with FedEx. I don't think I'll ever get my package. Use a different company especially if you need medical supplies.

  I was able to send what I needed to print and just go in tell the clerk and pay. Really fast and convenient.
