- KDKeib DelemelJan 13, 20261.0This post office worker today 1/13/2026 really need to learn about their system and work on his customer service. The employee stand there and think he know what he talking about. I did click and save, which is you pay online and just print and scan your box at the location. The system send me QR code for both boxes. The employee looked at me and say I need to put my boxes together or tie them together. I told him they go to different location. Then he looked at me and said you need another barcode. So I told him the system only send me one For both of them. He looked at me like I was stupid until I keep telling him to scan it. When he scan it he goes oh it’s two….smh. I hate people that think they know what their talking about and start argument after they been told the situation. I know you work at post office doesn’t mean you know everything.
