    Look...WE GET IT. Postal service work is stressful at times, but for the love of all things holy LEARN TO TALK TO PEOPLE AND NOT AT THEM. All we're trying to do is locate our mail, we don't need your nasty attitudes. It's not gonna change a thing or make your lives easier. Furthermore, STOP PUTTING IN THE SYSTEM THAT OUR MAIL IS DELIVERED WHEN IT'S NOT. Your carriers gotta do better, misplacing mail is ridiculous!!! We all go through things at work, that doesn't warrant unprofessional conduct. Understand you'd feel the same way about your personal belongings being mishandled.

    Gone other days of being able to drop off a package. They have made it completely inconvenient to drop anything off anywhere when the post office is closed. I’ve said for years, we should shut the US Postal Service down. I’d pay more to go through UPS or FedEx.

    Packages repeatedly being marked as a "failed delivery attempt and being held at the post office per customer request". Never requested my mail be held and was home all day to receive. Receive no notice or anything showing the missing attempt and have cameras on outside of home. When attempting to speak to the carrier, she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Literally had to run up to her truck because she refused to stop. My cameras show the interaction and it is very sad. This has happened a couple times this year already. Now it is a holiday and my package cannot be picked up. Rude mail carrier who shoves packages that do not fit in your mailbox and breaks said mailbox. Mailbox has had to be fixed 5-6 times this year alone. One item had to be refunded as it was expensive and bent in the process of shoving it in my mailbox. Any experience inside the actual post office is just as bad. You are met with rude employes and long lines.
