- SHSasha HDec 22, 20251.0I dont care when it happen but this is just unacceptable. My mother spent over 200.00 to have this shipped. There is fragile stickers all over the top. I was told a while back when a cardboard box package is cracked the facility is to add tape. What an unjoyous experience. Our family treated as garbage.

I called her back at the number she gave me only for her not to answer. WORST POST OFFICE! MIGHT AS WELL NOT MAIL ANYTHING THROUGH THEM
- NBnicholas bosargeNov 5, 20251.0USPS has possibly got to be the worst mail service in existence. I am a disabled navy veteran, i do not have a means of transportation to leave my home and get down to the office to ask a question in relation to my package and the zipcode in which its being handled at. It is beyond embarrassing and insulting that after calling 15-20 times not a single person answered the phone over the course of several hours of trying. I am reasonably frustrated, as i dont think my question is complicated, but i cannot even get to talk to a real live human customer representative to even pose my question in regards to my zipcode and the zipcode my package is currently being handled at. I have always ordered mail, and it has never once gone to the Gulfport location in question but instead one closer to me and in my own zipcode area. I was trying to inquire why its being handled at a location that is only a zipcode over, eve, if my question seems simple or dumb, I still want to ask someone to give myself that peace of comfort in the back of my mind. Shame on every single lazy person who works there
- WHWade HowkOct 13, 20255.0I was in a situation where I was only in the country for a few days. I ordered some items from Amazon that were delivered by USPS but needed signature. They were returned to Post Office where I tried to retrieve them on 10/13. Unfortunately that is a Holiday and the branch was closed. I fly to Korea at 5a tomorrow and won’t return for 2 months so I was stuck. I mentioned my situation to a friend who knew someone who might be able to help. She got in touch with John who went out of his way to assist on his day off. He went to the courthouse road post office and was able to retrieve my packages. I am so thankful for the kindness he gave to me. He doesn’t know me at all and still went out of his way to help. What a great experience and I cannot tell you how lucky the post office is to have someone like John. I am so grateful to him!
