While asking for clarification on a service, the trainee assisting me was condescending and dismissive rather than helpful. The explanation was confusing, and the tone used was inappropriate for a customer-facing role. The interaction was uncomfortable to The point of me addressing Tre’s tone and the manager present did not step in to provide guidance or correct the situation. I hope higher-level management reviews training and customer service standards at this location. I will not be returning.

Avoid this store. Go to a different one. They are awful to the extent that other stores have heard about them. I’d rather drive an hour to go to a different one.

I always approach in a friendly manner, smile and say hello, but the workers will turn their back on me (all 3 at the counter). This is not a one time occurrence. I feel like the manager is very domineering to their underlings, and the seem stifled and afraid- anything but friendly. I do not recommend this location.
