Customer service line is a joke. Not sure where they are based but can’t answer any questions or provide even an inkling of where the package might be. Mine has been “out for delivery” since Dec 10, supposedly from Gulfport location by driver Nicholas. Was to be delivered to Moss Point address but after being loaded into Nicholas’s deliver truck it vanished. Sounds like this Gulfport site might have some sort of thievery ring going on. Fortunately the company I bought from is sending a new package, after Christmas though and probably through Fed Ex again. If this location even thinks I will let this slide, you are sadly mistaken. I will go to corporate, I will go to the media and spend the rest of my living days exposing the trash that works/“delivers” for this location.
