- CCCandaceNov 4, 20251.0I have read these reviews and I am going through the same thing. Seems to me this ups store is stealing packages and getting away with it. My grandmother died last Sept I just sold the house so I had to fly to MS from Seattle. I went to this store to ship items that are important to me from my childhood. Everything made it except the most important items which is a 48lbs statue. Like the other guy say how can you loose an item so large and heavy. I believe it was stolen. A label was made and but nothing shipped. How did this item disappear out of a store but being that I’m reading all the reviews this is a pattern and UPS needs to investigate. That item is so important to me so if I have to fly back down there it will be hell to pay……like they really stole my dead grandmothers gift to me!!!!!! And like everyone else has said they never answer the phone
- LFLATASHA FRAZIERSep 26, 20253.0The Greenville store has it good and bad...I'll still recommend them but they definitely need more etiquette and customer service training...they also have to much going on in there talking about their personal business instead of listening to the customer..lines can sometimes be almost out the door..i already have my packages labeled but till gotta stand in line forever just to hand it to someone...definitely needs improvement and the workers need to ack like they wanna work instead of being there just because it's a job..you can tell by the look, tone and body language..thank you kindly

He simply didn’t want to help me. i was raised up to respect your elders. i pray 🙏🏾 and hope that i never see him again.
