Theres always mail laying in the ditch 2 houses down the road from me, including my neighbors mail. I found a hand written check laying in my mailbox one day that I discovered belonged to my neighbor a street over and she had definitely mailed it in an envelope and not to me. The carrier claimed she knocked on the door to deliver my mother's cremation but we were home and my dog barks at even the slightest subtle noises. I mailed an important document on the 4th of february they still havent tracked down and the automated call system is distressing to navigate and almost impossible to get a person on the phone. My neighbors w2 came opened and shredded!
