Yesterday my package arrived at the post office then I went back to see if my package was out for delivery. I come to find out they had shipped my package to Heidelberg, MS, then to Gulfport and now Alabama?! What the freak are yall doing!? I live in Ellisville! Why yall send my package away or what looks like trying to send it back! I had ordered my youngest daughter some new school clothes for school and now she didn't get them in time for the 1st week of school!
- RMrichard mcilwainApr 30, 20191.0I PAID $25.50 ON 4/26/19 WHICH WAS A FRIDAY TO SHIP A LETTER WITH A GUARANTEE TO BE DELIVERED BY 3 PM ON 4/29/19. WELL AFTER CHECKING MY TRACKING NUMBER ON THE 29TH MY LETTER ARRIVED AT THE POST OFFICE IN THE TOWN I WAS SHIPPING TO WITH A NOTATION THAT IT WAS READY TO BE PICKED UP, BUT IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER BY 3 PM ON THAT DAY. THE LETTER WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT MORNING ON THE 30TH, WENT BACK TO THE POST OFFICE IN ELLISVILLE MS TO ASK WHY MY LETTER WAS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME, THEY COULD NOT TELL ME WHY, BUT THAT IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE POST OFFICE ON TIME OR BEFORE THE 3 PM DEADLINE SO THEY DID WHAT THEY WAS SUPPOSE TO DO. I SAID IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AT THE CUSTOMER BY 3 PM NOT THE POST OFFICE. THEY STATED THAT THEY HAD NO CONTROL OVER WHAT THE POST OFFICE ON THE OTHER END DID BUT THAT THEY GOT IT TO THE POST OFFICE ON TIME. THIS IS ALL BS AND I WILL PAY DOUBLE NEXT TIME TO USE FEDEX OR UPS AND ILL NEVER SHIP WITH THE USPS AGAIN. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY THEY ARE ON THE BRINK OF BANKRUPTCY, THERE SERVICE AND THE WAY THEY TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS ARE UNREAL AND THEY GOT THERE MONEY SO TO HELL WITH ME, THAT WAS THE ATTITUDE THEY HAD.
