- JKJohn KempOct 23, 20251.0There is one....I repeat one very professional young lady at this store. The manager/owner seems nice, but obviously allows a couple of his workers to run off customers. Why some companies put spoiled, privileged, rude,unknowledgeable, could care less workers around their customers is beyond my common sense understanding. We customers have too many places to spend our money at a business like this. I hope you learn how to treat other customers, because I just spent my last dollar here, Former Well Paid Customer
- RNRobert NewpoffSep 29, 20251.0Came in to send a package off on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at a little before 1:00 P.M.. With no smile at all at the counter I was asked can I help you, with such a disgusting look on her face I decided to try and brighten her day by saying something funny to get her to smile. When she asked if she could help me i said, no thanks, I am just looking. Just a little humor. She just stood there and looked at me like I was some sort of idiot. I asked her, don't you have a sense of humor, and with a disgusting look said "NO". Her name was Kaylee. She proceeded to finish my shipping order. I then said, are you sure you don't have a sense of humor, and she said no, I am being honest. No smile, no thank you no nothing to make me, the customer feel better. I will be taking my business to Ocean Springs or Biloxi UPS store from now on. I will spread the word to everyone, including the Veterans and active duty websites. I am a Disabled Veteran and won't be treated like this. Kaylee needs to work in the back of the store and stay away from customers if she has no personality or sense of humor. You need people that are people persons, not people with negative attitudes towards customers. I will also be forwarding my comments to UPS Corporate

- RTRick TJul 16, 20251.0My fiance came in today just a few hrs ago and felt there store seems so vacant and girl working there NOT having a customer services base training. We are not going there anymore with the lack of customer service that they have here. Also they charge $4 for a return labels
