- TWthat WomanNov 26, 20241.0If I could give 0 stars I would. Mail carrier steals packages. I hand been calling and asking why it says it's there. No answer except that if it came there then it left the same/next day. Called Memphis. They said they never picked it up from Como. Then I'm told the label is hard to read so they have to manually input the shipping number. LIES. IF it was hard to read then why take it? I'm convinced once it left my mailbox it never made it to the office. Just went straight to the carriers home. The other packages with this particular made it to their destination unbothered.

- MBMR BellioDec 5, 20221.0I don't get a notice or any of my packages. Went in person to talk with personnel there and "one time" he was bitten by a dog. WOW- guy is 6' plus 220-250 lbs and scared of a little friendly dog a farmer rescued. I'm not sure when the USPS changed there slogan from- rain sleet or snow to I can't get my dress dirty but it is pathetic and shouldn't even charge for their service. That is FRAUD charging and not delivering. I had multiple packages and went to pick them up- they didn't even know they were there. I had to show them my delivery emails to get them to look- then guess what, they found them. Honestly the USPS has been riddled with waste and abuse and doesn't serve the needs of the public- like this location- maybe they should disband and become private.
