My in-laws shipped Christmas presents from KS. The tracking number shows that it delivered to a PO Box. When I go to pick it up from the post office, the person who "helped" me said that it was showing on a truck out for delivery. I checked the tracking that morning and it was showing delivered, there were no updates that showed it was out for delivery. The person who "helped" me could not answer my question as to why it was marked delivered if it was truly NOT delivered. She simply said there had been another scan and it was out for delivery. They are entirely incompetent, they do not answer questions, they simply dismiss the patrons who have questions or problems. This is a poorly managed facility and a poorly trained staff in dealing with customer service. If I could give 0 starts, I would.
