I was looked at, then ignored for a couple minutes before she decided to get up and talk to me and then she walked off while I was still talking. No reason to be rude to someone that was not being rude to you. Has everyone lost customer service skills. Life is hard enough.
- OPOpinion PieceNov 23, 20221.0Mail carrier had a large package for me today, instead of bringing it to the house they squashed & stuffed it about 4 inches into the mailbox. Most of the package was hanging out of the mailbox, positioned perfectly for theft. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
- KLKristina Lovelace My Home Realty Llc.Aug 17, 20221.0Im not sure which one but there is one driver whonis occassionally on our route who is quite lazy whomever is normally on our toute is great always delivers wverythingvis neat and the mailbox closed but occassionally we get a different drivee who always shoves everything in the box bent and messy and leaves our mailbox wide open ... today there was important medical paperwork in my mail that is now damp from the rain bc they were too lazy to close my perfectly normal good working mailbox. This needs to be addressed. If negative stars were possible ... they delivered all my mail and a 90 dollar package to the wrong address, and can't tell me where it was delivered to, I was told to call back after lunch but no one is answering still don't know where my mail is .... you know people's personal info is in the mail sometimes , and people these days have no issues just keeping other people's mail . Usps is supposed to be able to be trusted but that's definitely not the case these days . I mean for all I know the driver decided to keep my package and just say it was delivered . This is ridiculous.and I swear they intentionally left the phone off the hook so I couldn't call anymore

So I checked my mailbox for the little card that they fill out and it was empty. My wife checked it again when she got in from work from force of habit and brought in mail. They didn't even TRY to deliver my package!!!!
