- TVThi VanOct 21, 20251.0Been having an issue with the postal service. I noticed my bills were all sending me late notices. I had sent out my bills almost 2 weeks before the due date. None of the bills were delivered. That mail person also never came to take the outgoing mail or deliver any mail in more than a week. I called this post office to explain the situation. No one picks up. Therefore, I went online to file a complaint. I got a response within a few hours. She came back to snatch the outgoing mail from me with a bad attitude. The office called me as soon as she left. I'm assuming she is the post master, therefore her customer service etiquette will be better. She had a condescending tone which made the conversation very uncomfortable. But, she did teach me that USPS is not a federally funded institution. They do rely on our purchases. She said, "It's a free service." Then, hung up on me after I thanked her for educating me. 😆 I buy a roll of stamps every month. This situation has saved me money on buying stamps. I am going to pay all my bills online to make sure they're not late. So, honestly, I thank the office for saving me money. Needless to say, I pray that the employees here find compassion in what they do, love what they do, and be of better service for our community. If they don't pick up, go online and send in your question(s) /concern(s). Note for those who are not satisfied with the postal service: They do have Post Master Generals, if post masters don't do their job well. - JIJulia IvyDec 22, 20221.0I have never had such bad service in my 70 years as I continue to have with the Clinton Post Office. Their carriers throw packages down on the ground or leave them in tree shrubs or behind cars. You never know. They continue to leave the wrong key for the parcels and this has cost me over $175.00. God forbid, don''t try and call them because they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and if you are lucky to get someone on the phone, they are VERY rude. For the last two days, I have been trying to call but to no avail. The carrier left the wrong key once again!!! And I DO NOT HAVE 2 PACKAGES THAT WERE DELIVERED. Bad, bad service!!!
