Their carriers throw packages down on the ground or leave them in tree shrubs or behind cars. You never know. They continue to leave the wrong key for the parcels and this has cost me over $175.00. God forbid, don''t try and call them because they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and if you are lucky to get someone on the phone, they are VERY rude. For the last two days, I have been trying to call but to no avail. The carrier left the wrong key once again!!! And I DO NOT HAVE 2 PACKAGES THAT WERE DELIVERED. Bad, bad service!!!
