I was there today at 1:45 with 2 large boxes. I was waiting to pull up front so my son could unload them and I park, however there was a small car parked in front for over 15 minutes. By the time I got to the door at 1:59, those customers walked out and said they were closed and not taking anyone else. I had to load my boxes back in my truck. Mind you, the ENTIRE reason I'm having to return these items is because one box arrived damaged, thus my furniture was also damaged. Mad does not begin to describe how angry and frustrated I am. Get it together UPS.
