The package was placed in front of my front door with the hole at the bottom to keep the 2/4 items from falling out. When I told the delivery person about this, she gave me some lame excuse about the items falling out of the box. When she returned my missing items, she had an attitude. We both know the missing items did not just fall out of my package.
