- KMKutter MclaughlinOct 27, 20251.0I really don’t know what to make of the issues this post office has—issues give never experienced from any other post office. This post office has lost so many packages of mine that I have had to jump through hoops to get vendors to deliver. The packages are all trackable every step along the way, get checked in at this post office, even go out for delivery and then just stay in that status indefinitely and I have to do a request for lost mail which never results in anything. They deliver the wrong mail even though we have huge numbers on the mailbox and even larger numbers on the actual house, unobstructed. Several times I’ve given them packages and they delivered it back to my home instead of the intended location, despite the handwritten label being labeled correctly.

He was the only one who was helpful after a blonde older lady w her hair in a ponytail was disrespectful to my boyfriend AND me. After moving to brandon, apparently USPS doesn’t deliver ANY packages to ppl doors. And its not like its for anyone, its ONLY this apartment complex that they dont bring items to your door. So if you have ANY packages in a box being delivered by them, forget about it and just take an unnecessary trip to the carrier to pick it up. They “only deliver mail small enough for mailboxes” but i had an item small enough and they were too lazy to put it in. Im completely understanding of the fact that if your partner’s name isnt on the package or married, they cant pick it up. Fine. But before knowing tht knowledge my bf was rudely cut off by that rude woman nd in the middle of his sentence she said “next” nd dismissed him like he wasn’t important anymore ir couldn’t be bothered to help him. But Willis was kind enough to tell him that i could pick it up after work bc i dont get off until 4:30, when they close. And he said they’d hold it for me. He left and i came up on my break like an hour and a half later to receive my package. I was told by the SAME WOMAN that BOTH my packages were already sent back to the person who shipped it. Im confused bc what do you mean its gone back?? Your coworker said he’d hold it for me AND YOU WERE RIGHT THERE NEXT TO HIM LISTENING WHEN HE TOLD MY BOYFRIEND THAT. Willis came back out and found my packages that ole girl LIED to me about. Still going to send my packages elsewhere bc the brandon branch as a whole is lazy (every other USPS branch delivered to my previous apartments and house) bc its such an inconvenience to have to drive up there. If youre disabled and need a package, forget it. Bc even rescheduling a package doesn’t work bc apparently somebody has to KNOW YOU to even be able to deliver MAILBOX MAIL which is crazy bc how would you know ANYWAY with hundreds of ppl in this complex??? I would have been perfectly fine picking up future USPS delivered packages from the office but bc me and my boyfriend were rudely assisted, i wont. Yall need to reevaluate who you have up there bc my boyfriend did not deserve to be treated as less than and cut off like she couldn’t be bothered to help him after being cordial. Willis again, was great to BOTH of us. The other older lady was rude to my boyfriend and lied to me about my package being sent back when it wasnt and she was aware that it was being held for me. (Amazon said they would redeliver UNTIL oct 17 and it was oct 15, AND i had a package that was literally sent to them THAT same day so why it would go back to the sender so soon was definitely an indication of her lying to me. And she cant say that she thought i meant my previous package that was sent back bc i reiterated to her that it was a repurchased item AND the item i ordered a day or two before.) ive worked in customer service my whole life and when policies are to be enforced and customers dont understand, they dont cut them off and dismiss them like they had been arguing with them about it or straight up lie and not apologize for miscommunication or giving false information. I was on the phone with my bf the entire time as well.

- LSLisa ShaddSep 10, 20251.0My postal carrier left a package on the hood of my car out in the open. What if it would have rained? I have a porch. Although the porch was locked this day, the steps (which is normally where they leave packages) would have been a better option. This is the 3rd time I have had terrible service. The first time the mail carrier refused to deliver my mail and I had go to the post office weekly for almost 2 months to get my mail. The 2nd time a box was just sitting in the middle of my driveway as if he/she threw it out of the car. I have talked with post master for the first problem with my mail carrier. I may have go higher with my complaints because in my opinion I am getting bad service.
