- EHEtoria HillSep 12, 20251.0Melissa (clerk) and Erica Burrell (supervisor) are less than competent. I’m embarrassed for them. Titles don’t mean that you have knowledge or professionalism. Sad to see them struggling like that and the resolve, or lack of, needs attention. I wondered why the ratings were so low for this location, and I had to learn the hard way. Please do better.

But I take it upon myself to take them to the proper address because I would want the same if my package(s) were delivered to the wrong house. They need to pay attention, I feel like I’m an employee of theirs as much as they send me other peoples packages.
