  I return an item. Didn't get a receipt and then email 5 times not until corporate got involved did I get any back. NEVER got a receipt and lied to me about everything. So I evened up not getting my money back. All because they would message me back. 5 emails with no response. 1 is to nice for them disrespectful people. I even said you treat disabled veterans this way. Response to that was I don't care what you are, or that your a military veteran. How disrespectful.

  SLOW!!!! I go to several UPS stores with a lot of traffic this one is so slow. They are too busy talking instead of moving the line.

  The customer service rep was pretty great. There was a line wrapped around the store and her attitude was very pleasant. Makes a difference, ya know?

  All of the associates were extremely friendly and efficient! I was in and out in only a few minutes and there was a line wrapped around the store! Amazing job!
