- BWBrittany WindhamApr 10, 20231.0Mail carrier has been a thorn in my side for years. Being in a rural area they do not drive the white mail trucks. The lady that delivers our mail has it set in her mind that she can drive through myself and my neighbors yards instead of just turning around like a normal human being. Then when we lined our yard with timbers to deter this she then shoves the garbage cans down the hill in a fit. She refuse to deliver our mail and when she does our packages only show up half of the time. Today was the last straw for me as I had a notification that my package had been delivered and was placed in my mailbox (which has also been severely damaged because she crams packages that are way too big inside). When I check to get my package it is nowhere to be found. When I call the post office no one will answer the phones. I have even gone to the post office to report this behavior in the past and the employee just rolls her eyes at me and offers jo help. Something needs to seriously change because this is ridiculous.
