  Just an FYI… When y’all answer your phone, you can barely hear the person speaking on your end. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I can call every UPS store on the coast and none of them have that problem. Again…your voices on your phone is very muffled. Can’t hear you.

  Great customer service with a smile and a greeting. Amazon package free return location! Store is clean and well organized. Rarely have to wait very long for service. Clerk has always been friendly and Made me feel welcomed and that my business is appreciated.

  Thad an amazing experience at the UPS store this weekend thanks to two incredible girls working there. They were so helpful, friendly, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I'm grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend visiting the store when they're on duty!
