How is it that my roommates get mail but all my packages end up sent back. I ordered 1 book they couldn't find the house my roommates order something they find the house. You all need to get control of you postal workers they can't find the same house that always get packages from my roommates. You need to blood test your employees.

Those folks who left such negative reviews are likely the cause of their negative experiences. This has been my post office for 3 years. Not once has anyone been rude nor disrespectful. My advice to the reviewers is: most times you get out what you put in.

This is outrageous. New: evidently someone reads these as my mail was picked up! I lowered the rating due to the time it took but am happy now. Thanks!
